PROJECT OVERVIEW

Inwood West is a 446-unit large-format apartment community located in Woburn, MA, operated under the UDR portfolio. The property delivers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes on a multi-building campus with full community amenity programming. Site amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, resident lounges and outdoor recreation areas. The Woburn location provides residents with proximity to I-93, I-95 and major employment centers in the northern Boston suburbs, with commuter rail service to downtown Boston. The community serves the suburban Boston rental market with Class A finishes and a full multifamily amenity package.

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A 446-unit, $41M ground-up multi-building Class A community requires an OPM who can manage scale, sequencing and quality standards across one of the larger suburban apartment programs in the Boston market. Matt structured and negotiated the AIA contracts, ran the RFP and bid leveling process, managed the monthly requisition cycle, negotiated change orders from a position of knowledge, and held the GC and design team accountable to UDR's lease-up standards. The result: 446 Class A apartments delivered to a national multifamily operator's expectations.
